Abstract Submission Guidelines
All abstracts should be submitted in English and must adhere to the specified formatting guidelines outlined below.
The authors are responsible for any errors in their contributions. Each abstract should clearly present original scientific research.
Please prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) and name it using your name, presentation number (01-02), and chosen topic number (01-07). For example, Smith_01-05.docx. Then, upload your file to the form below the instructions.
Abstract Length
- The total length of the text, including the title, authors, affiliation, keywords, and acknowledgements, must not exceed 4,000 characters, including spaces.
- Tables, figures and references are not allowed.
Formatting Instructions
- Page size: A4
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
- Layout: single column
- Main font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
- Line spacing: 1.15
- Text alignment: justified
Title
- Font: Arial, 14 pt, bold
- Alignment: centered
- Use sentence case.
Authors and Affiliations
- Authors: Times New Roman, 11 pt, italics, centered
- Affiliations: Times New Roman, 11 pt, centered
- Use superscript numbers to link authors and affiliations.
Acknowledgement

- Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt, italics
- Abstracts must be written in clear scientific English
- Use standard abbreviations; define them at first mention
- Avoid references, citations and unexplained acronyms
- Genus and species names should be in italics. The common names of animals should not be capitalized.
